This will be a free publication with pickup available in libraries, delis, German restauraunts etc.

Usual advertising rate per month: $75 or $50 if booking 2+ months and only $500 for a whole year! A whole page is $150, a half-page is $75, while each individual line is $15.

Childcare section in newsletter! I will be publishing the names & details of German-speaking au pairs from around the world. If you are interested, you can pay $25 for the contact details and then get in touch with them yourself. You can also place your au pair, babysitter, caregiver, nanny ot tutor wanted ad for $25!

V Society is seeking new Members! Families may join for $50 a year, while singles may join for $20. All proceeds are used to further the aims of our Society, which is run by strictly volunteers. Some goals include purchasing a domain name & website hosting, joining the German Chamber as a Society, fundraising activities, such as our annual Lantern Festival, and possibly getting DKV T-Shirts to sell to the public. We also are looking for Board Members to help plan & host events. Finally, some other short-term volunteer positions are:

a. Help draw plans and/or make a model of our future German Cultural Centre - see examples below

b. Help plan a museum or children's museum - what would it look like?

c. Help organize a German library and/or DVD swap organization

d. Coffee shop or deli that would like to move in and join us - indoor/outdoor facility
